Treatments in Detail
Michigan Splint
A Michigan splint is a hard, clear acrylic splint made for your upper teeth from a digital scan. Its flat, polished surface lets your lower teeth glide freely, and a small ramp behind the canines guides the jaw and relaxes the chewing muscles. It protects teeth, crowns and veneers from night grinding and is adjusted at follow-up visits so your bite stays balanced.
Zirconia Crowns
Zirconia is the strongest tooth-coloured crown material, with no metal. It suits back teeth that take heavy chewing forces, people who grind, and bridges. Multilayer zirconia shades from a deeper colour near the gum to a translucent edge, so it looks natural. Each crown is designed and milled digitally for a precise fit.
E.max Crowns
E.max is a glass-ceramic (lithium disilicate) crown with life-like translucency: light passes through it like natural enamel. It is ideal for front teeth and smile makeovers, and it is bonded to the tooth, which often means less drilling. For heavy grinders or long bridges, zirconia is usually the safer choice.
Implant Bridge on a Titanium Bar
For people missing all the teeth in one jaw, a full-arch bridge can be fixed on 4 to 6 implants. A titanium bar milled from a digital scan joins the implants, and the teeth are built over it in zirconia or high-strength acrylic. The bar spreads chewing forces evenly and keeps the bridge rigid. It is screwed in, so it stays fixed, and only the dentist removes it for cleaning and maintenance.
